1. If the wagering requirements have not been met within 60 days after the bonus has been credited, the original bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.
2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3. Any bets rejected, voided, draw and tie will not count towards any wagering requirement. Any opposite bets and bets placed containing selections at odds of less than 1.50 will not count towards any wagering requirement.
4. In the event of withdrawal prior to the completion of the wagering requirement, Nextbet has the right to decline the withdrawal request if the wagering requirement is not satisfied.
5. In the event of cancellation/removal of the bonus or withdrawal prior to the completion of the wagering requirement, the bonus amount and its derived winnings will be forfeited before any withdrawal is allowed. The bonus and its accrued winnings will always be considered as the first portion staked. Nextbet has the sole discretion to cancel/remove the bonus or to allow withdrawal prior to the completion of wagering requirement. If withdrawal is allowed, the customer will be charged for any withdrawal fees.
6. You may be requested by Nextbet to provide identification information. It is mandatory that you supply the requested information upon our notification. If you do not provide the requested information, you agree to give up your rights to any bonuses or balances left in your Nextbet account
7. You must also confirm that the name and address which are registered in your account are correct and up to date. Failure to provide this information may lead to disqualification from the Promotion.
8. You must be at least 18 years of age or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is the greater) to bet or participate in the Promotion. Underage entry will be void. You may be asked at any stage to provide Nextbet with proof of age and/or identity. You must be able to present a valid passport or other valid picture ID to verify your age and/or identity. Any player unable to provide such proof of age will be excluded.
9. This promotional bonus offer is limited to one person/account/family/legal registered address/email address/telephone number/payment account)/IP Address/shared computer environment, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the rights to withdraw the availability of any bonus offer to any customer or group of customers.
10. During the Promotion, strict rules regarding multiple account abuse will be enforced. Nextbet reserves the right to disqualify from the Promotion and/or the Site any player suspected of entering more than one account in the Promotion. The decision on what activity constitutes multiple account abuse lies with Nextbet’s management in its sole discretion.
11. Promotion is intended for recreational players who actively risk funds on games with the intention of winning. At Nextbet’s discretion, we may consider your activities as Foul Play when we have a reasonable basis to believe that your activities appear to us as exploiting this promotional offer and/or without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play.
12. During the Promotion, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. Nextbet reserves the right to take action if it believes a player is engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity (including participation that would be a breach in the local law of their jurisdiction) and to take action against any player found to be abusing any aspect of the Promotion. Such actions include, but are not limited to, exclusion or suspension from the Site, and the confiscation of rewards earned as a result of the abuse. The decision on what activity constitutes abuse of the Promotion lies with Nextbet management in its sole discretion.
13. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach or non-compliance with these terms and conditions. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Nextbet.
14. Only approved deposits where the necessary verifications are completed will constitute entitlement of participation of the Promotion.
15. Nextbet reserves the right, at any time, to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion which includes cancelling, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
16. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
17. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to Nextbet using your name, likeness and image on the Site and in marketing and promotion campaigns produced by or on behalf of Nextbet in any media whatsoever without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against Nextbet in this regard.
18. You hereby assign any and all copyright and other intellectual property rights in your entry to the Promotion for Nextbet’s unrestricted usage and agree to do all such acts and/or execute or procure the execution of all such documents in a form reasonably satisfactory to Nextbet to confirm Nextbet’s ownership of such rights.
19. Employees and relatives of employees of Nextbet and any entities affiliated or related to Nextbet are not permitted to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes “relative” shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. This restriction also applies to former employees and relatives of former employees of Nextbet (including any entities affiliated or related to Nextbet) for a period of six (6) months from the last day of his/her employment with Nextbet (including any entities affiliated or related to Nextbet).
20. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Nextbet, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damage incurred or losses suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of any prizes and/or the participation in the Promotion.
21. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions Nextbet reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
22. The decision of Nextbet in respect of any matter concerning or related to competitions and promotions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. In the case of disputes concerning the participation rights of players in the Promotion, all matters relating to the awarding of the bonus and/or the terms and conditions, the final decision lies with Nextbet’s management. The decision will be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any player or third party.
24. All players participating in the Promotion must abide by all Nextbet rules, as well as the General Terms and Conditions listed on the Site.
Casino Bonus Guide
1. Players are eligible for 3 different types of Casino bonus in Nextbet:
a. Slots and Arcade Bonus – All Slots and Arcade games excluding Playtech product games.
b. Live Dealer Bonus – All Live Dealer games excluding Playtech live dealer games.
c. PT Bonus – All Playtech games (PT Slots, PT Arcade and PT Live Dealer games) excluding other products brands.
2. Players can claim multiple bonuses from the SAME PRODUCT however only ONE bonus will be activated at a time while other bonuses will be on pending status. Upon completion of the Wagering Requirement on your FIRST bonus, the SECOND bonus will auto activate provided that criteria has been met.
3. If you have any ACTIVE bonus and REAL MONEY, bets placed will always be deducted first from the REAL MONEY then followed by the Bonus Money.
4. Players who claim deposit related bonus such as “First Deposit Bonus” and/or “Reload Bonus”, Real Money in the account will be locked. Please see below example:
a. For any Slots, Arcade and Live Dealer deposit related bonus, ONLY REAL MONEY THAT ARE USED TO CLAIM THE BONUS will be locked if you have any active bonus. Players are still eligible to perform Real Money Fund transfer or withdrawal from the Casino wallet while bonus is still active.
Scenario:
• Deposit MYR700 to claim 20% Reload Bonus of MYR100.
• MYR 500 is used to claim bonus of MYR100.
• MYR 500 x 20% = MYR 100.
• Total Casino Balance: MYR800 (MYR700 Deposit + MYR100 Reload Bonus)
• Real Money: MYR200 (Deposit of MYR700 – MYR500 that uses to claim bonus)
• Slots and Arcade Reload bonus: MYR100

b. For any PT Exclusive deposit related bonus, FULL REAL MONEY BALANCE will be locked. Any fund transfer or withdrawal from Casino wallet while bonus is still active will be restricted. However, restriction will be lifted once you completed the Bonus Wagering Requirement.
Scenario:
• Deposit MYR500 to claim Playtech Reload Bonus 50% of MYR250.

5. Players who request for any deposit related bonus needs to ensure that their Real Money meet the deposit requirement. If the Real Money is lower than the required amount upon submission of the bonus request, the bonus amount will not be visible in cashier. Only WAGERING REQUIREMENT will be displayed. Once DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT is fulfilled, bonus will be auto credited.
Example:
• Slots & Arcade First Deposit Bonus 100%, max of MYR450.
• Deposited MYR100 to claim max bonus of MYR450.
• Player should at least have minimal deposit of MYR 450 to activated the bonus with 10x wagering requirements.

6. Players can hover on the BALANCE AMOUNT under the Cashier to view players REAL MONEY & BONUS MONEY.
7. Players can hover on the BONUS WAGERING LEFT under Cashier to view breakdown of the product wagering requirements for each bonus.
8. Bonus money can be used only at the mentioned games or products found on the Promotion Terms & Conditions. Bonus money is not visible if you placed a bet on any games or product that is not mentioned on the promo terms & conditions.
Sportsbook feature - Superbet
